Cascadence is a new and difficult puzzle game that slightly alters the Tetris idea. Rather than clearing horizontal lines, the player forms solid-colored rectangles at least 2x2 squares to disappear. Blocks of different colors drop from the top of the playfield into a limited space in Cascadence. You can move the blocks from left to right and rotate them to best fit the playfield. Use solid-colored rectangles to clear blocks by putting one down that is at least 2x2 squares. The bigger the rectangle, the more points. Once the rectangle is formed, it disappears, and points are rewarded. The game ends if the board gets completely filled up. The challenge lies in planning ahead.
